Author Mary Haskett's book, Journey to Joy: A Wartime Novel of Love and Redemption is a captivating page-turner. I was on the edge of my seat reading this captivating novel and I did not want to stop reading. Mary's highly-skilled writing style is absolutely delightful. There were several powerful scenes with Sarah Creswell that inspired me. I appreciated how Mary addressed joy from different perspectives. I would highly recommend reading Mary's book, Journey to Joy: A Wartime Novel of Love and Redemption. In my opinion, this book would make a great gift for someone.
